店家特選台灣溫體豬,只挑選上等後腿肉做為內餡基底,加入每天產地直送的山東大白菜以及新鮮香菜,並加入些許蝦米創造出多層次的口味變化,進而成為本店最受歡迎的水餃口味,外皮搭配店家精心研發彈牙且富有嚼勁的水餃皮,每一口都在挑戰您的味蕾極限。


在家只要將鍋子放水七至八分滿,轉大火到水滾後,將我們的水餃倒入鍋中,使用器具輕微攪拌以防止水餃黏鍋,攪拌至第二次水滾,轉至中小火蓋上鍋蓋,計時五分鐘即可撈起食用,在煮水餃過程中勿加任何水,如此一來,您在家也可以跟在店內所享用到的美味水餃是一樣口感喔!
